Untungnya hal ini hanya terjadi dalam film terbarunya, Sssstt...Jadikan Aku Simpanan. Sebuah film komedi romantis arahan sutradara Hanny R Saputra yang menggigit, menohok permasalahan sosial yang saat ini menjadi pembicaraan hangat di masyarakat yakni fenomena wanita simpanan, terlebih yang tampil secara terang-benderang di ranah publik, seolah tiada lagi tabu yang menghalang.
Film ini akan memberi gambaran tanpa berusaha menggurui, mengajak kita semua menertawakan bopeng-bopeng kehidupan yang makin dianggap wajar, baik diam-diam maupun terang-terangan, kerap dijadikan acuan, serta pujian.
Angel Beats! is a 13-episode Japanese anime television series produced by P.A. Works and Aniplex and directed by Seiji Kishi. The story was originally conceived by Jun Maeda, who also wrote the screenplay and composed the music, with original character design by Na-Ga; both Maeda and Na-Ga are from the visual novel brand Key, who produced such titles as Kanon, Air, and Clannad. The anime aired in Japan between April 3 and June 26, 2010. Key worked in collaboration with ASCII Media Works' Dengeki G's Magazine to produce the project into a media franchise. Two manga series are serialized in Dengeki G's Magazine: one illustrated by Haruka Komowata, which began serialization in the December 2009 issue, and the other drawn by Yuriko Asami, which started in the May 2010 issue. A series of illustrated short stories written by Maeda and illustrated by GotoP were also serialized in Dengeki G's Magazine between the November 2009 and May 2010 issues. Two Internet radio shows were produced to promote Angel Beats!.
Angel Beats! takes place at a high school acting as a Purgatory, where students learn to give up any lingering attachments they still have from life before continuing to an afterlife or reincarnation. While the injury or cause of death are gone, those in the afterlife school can still feel pain or other things as they did when they were alive, as well as dying again, only to awaken with no injures several minutes later. The story follows the main protagonist Otonashi, a boy who lost his memories of his life after dying. Upon awakening in the afterlife, he meets a girl named Yuri who invites him to join the Shinda Sekai Sensen (SSS) (死んだ世界戦線?, lit. Afterlife War Front), an organization she founded and leads which fights against God for the cruel fates the SSS members experienced in life. Their only enemy in the world is the school's student council president Angel, a being with supernatural powers who fights against the SSS. Yuri believes that anyone who follows Angel's orders and behaves like a normal student at the school will eventually disappear and pass on to Heaven. However, those who fulfill their dreams in the afterlife will pass on as well.
The film begins in 1995 showing a young woman leaving her baby boy on the steps of an orphanage, where he lives there after. Twelve years later, this boy, called Lewis (Daniel Hansen and Jordan Fry), is a brilliant inventor of fantastic devices, but has yet to be adopted and fears that he will never do so. Convinced that his birth mother abandoned him against her will, he attempts to invent a memory-scanning machine that will allow him to remember his mother in the hopes that he can find her. His roommate, Michael "Goob" Yagoobian (Matthew Josten), becomes his assistant during long hours of building, which causes Goob's Little League baseball team's performance to suffer. Goob attempts to be supportive, but eventually tires of it.
At Lewis’s school science fair, judged by one Dr. Krunkelhorn (Laurie Metcalf), Lewis is approached by a thirteen-year-old boy named Wilbur Robinson (Wesley Singerman), who claims (falsely) that he is a "time cop" from the future and that a man wearing a bowler hat has stolen a time machine that Wilbur wishes to recapture. The sinister 'Bowler Hat Guy' (Stephen Anderson), for whom Wilbur is searching, sends Doris (Ethan Sandler), a robotic hat with mechanical arms, to sabotage Lewis’ memory-scanner. As Lewis begins demonstrating the use of his machine, it explodes, throwing the science fair into chaos. Lewis runs out, leaving his machine, whereupon the Bowler Hat Guy steals the memory scanner, now repaired by Doris.
Clever Korean 'heist gone wrong' movie, based around the premise that 3 groups of people all decide to rob the same bank at the same time. Hence chaos arises. What's clever about the movie is that it is one of those 'self-revisionist' type movies like Too Many Ways To Be Number One/Memento. The first half of the movie plays out straight, following the 3 groups from the start of the heist to the end. Then (quite without warning or indication it must be said) it flashes back to some time before the start and plays through again, this time showing you all the things you didn't see the first time. This changes the meaning of certain key events, and hence your perception of the conclusion.
I Am Ωmega is a 2007 direct-to-DVD American doomsday film produced by The Asylum and starring Mark Dacascos of Iron Chef America.
The film is an unofficial adaptation of the novel I Am Legend by Richard Matheson, the title being a portmanteau of The Omega Man and 2007's I Am Legend with Will Smith, two other film adaptations of the same novel. The movie was intentionally released to capitalize on Smith's big-budget film.
The film takes place in a post-apocalyptic Los Angeles, which is overrun by savage, cannibalistic humans who have degenerated into a feral subspecies as the result of a genetic virus. The film does not make clear if the virus has infected the entire world, or a small, localized area, but it is suggested that it is global by the inability of the hero, Renchard (Mark Dacascos), to locate radio signals or contact anyone via the Internet.
Renchard has been forced to live in a daily struggle for survival against the mutants. One day, Renchard is contacted via webcam by Brianna (Jennifer Lee Wiggins), another survivor who was stranded in New York City while trying to find Antioch, a community of survivors. She asks Renchard to help her, but Renchard, who has placed time bombs at strategic points around the city, refuses.
Happy Tree Friends is a Flash cartoon series by Mondo Mini Shows, created and developed by Aubrey Ankrum, Rhode Montijo, Kenn Navarro and Warren Graff. The show has become a popular Internet phenomenon since its debut and has also won a cult following.
As indicated on the official site, it is "not recommended for small children". Despite its childish appearance, the show is extremely violent, with every episode featuring the deaths and/or pain of at least one character. The portrayal of death in Happy Tree Friends is usually graphic and anatomically accurate, depicting bloodshed and dismemberment in a vivid manner. The episodes last from between 1 to 7 minutes. The show carries a TV-MA rating.
While working on Mondo Mini Shows, Rhode Montijo drew on a little piece of scrap paper a character who would later become Cuddles. Then he drew on a spreadsheet poster a yellow rabbit that bore some resemblance to Cuddles and wrote "Resistance is futile" at the bottom. Montijo hung the poster in his workstation so others could see the idea, and eventually the idea was pitched to and accepted by the Mondo Media executives.[1] In 1999, Mondo gave Aubrey Ankrum, Rhode Montijo and Kenn Navarro a chance to do a short for them. They came up with a short named Banjo Frenzy, which featured a dinosaur (an earlier version of Lumpy) killing three woodland animals (earlier versions of Cuddles, Giggles and Toothy) with a banjo. From there, Mondo gave them their own internet series, which they named Happy Tree Friends. They got new writers and animators to work on the show.
Kamen Rider Kabuto (仮面ライダーカブト, Kamen Raidā Kabuto?, Masked Rider Kabuto) is a Japanese tokusatsu superhero television series. It is the sixteenth installment in the popular Kamen Rider Series of tokusatsu programs. It is a joint collaboration between Ishimori Productions and Toei. The series was broadcast on TV Asahi. The first episode aired on January 29, 2006, and with the final episode airing on January 21, 2007, completing the series with 49 episodes. The series represents the 35th anniversary of the Masked Rider Series, as indicated by a notice at the beginning of the pilot episode reading, in Japanese, "Kamen Rider 35th Anniversary Production." Kamen Rider Kabuto is the first Kamen Rider Series to be broadcast in high-definition format.
The story revolves around a man named Souji Tendou. He has trained seven years while waiting for the Kabuto Zecter so that he may properly take up the name of Kamen Rider Kabuto. Making many enemies while at the same time meeting other Riders with mysterious origins of how they got there, Tendou attempts to accomplish his goal at all costs: destroying all Worms that otherwise threaten humanity. He meets Arata Kagami, who later becomes Kamen Rider Gatack, the two work together to save humanity from the alien Worms that arrived from a meteorite seven years ago.
Set in an alternate 21st-century reality where Korea possesses a royal family, since 1945 to present, this show revolves around the lives of the Crown Prince (Hwangtaeja) Lee Shin, and his new bride, Chae-kyeong. The depicted royal family in the show is modelled after the last royal family of Korea, which in reality reigned until the start of the Japanese Occupation in 1910 and was not reinstated after Japanese surrender in Second World War, 1945.
The series starts off with the news that the King, Shin's father, is very ill. With the grim outlook on the King's health, the royal family scrambles to find a wife for Shin, so as to allow him to take over the royal throne if the situation requires. Despite being in love with another girl, the ambitious and talented ballerina Hyo-rin whom Shin initially proposed to (she rejects him to pursue her ballet dreams), Shin eventually marries a commoner to whom he was betrothed by his late grandfather in an old agreement with the girl's grandfather. Shin marries the headstrong yet lovable Chae-kyeong after Hyo-rin's rejection. Despite initially feeling nothing for Chae-kyeong, love eventually blossoms between the couple.
Bernard (Hangul: 빼꼼; RR: Ppaekkom; MR: Ppaekkom, romanized as Backkom within Asia-Pacific.) is a series of animated shorts centered on the fictional polar bear and main character of the same name. It is a Korean-French-Spanish co-production. Each three-minute episode focuses on the bear's curiosity and have many moments of slapstick. Bernard never speaks with the exception of intelligible noises.

Digimon Adventure (デジモンアドベンチャー, Dejimon Adobenchā?) (1999) is the first series of the Digimon anime metaseries. Its premise involves a group of boys and girls being whisked to a parallel reality called the Digital World while at summer camp. They were taken there because they were chosen to become DigiDestined, the children that would save the Digital World (along with Earth near the end of the series) from the evil forces that threatened to destroy it. Each of the children received a Digimon partner who was preprogrammed to be bonded to them, as well as miniature devices called Digivices. With the power of the Digivices, their Digimon partners could become stronger forms to battle enemies or save their partners from danger.
Kamen Rider Kiva (仮面ライダーキバ, Kamen Raidā Kiba?, Masked Rider Kiva) is the title of the 2008 Kamen Rider Japanese tokusatsu television series produced by Toei Company and Ishimori Productions. It premiered on January 27, 2008, following the finale of Kamen Rider Den-O. It aired as a part of TV Asahi's 2008 Super Hero Time block with Engine Sentai Go-onger. Advertisements showed a horror film theme to the series, with the motif for Kamen Rider Kiva as a vampire. The advertising slogan for the series is "Wake up! Break the chains of destiny!!" (覚醒（ウェイクアップ）! 運命（さだめ）の鎖を解き放て!!, Weiku appu! Sadame no kusari o tokihanate!!?). The first episode began with a commemoration of the series in honor of the seventieth anniversary of Shotaro Ishinomori's birthday.
Twenty-two years after the disappearance of his father, Wataru Kurenai lives in an infamous "haunted house" where he is destined as Kamen Rider Kiva to fight life-draining monsters called Fangires, the very race his father fought years ago before his disappearance. Wataru must also deal with Kamen Rider Ixa who is part of an organization seeking to destroy the Fangire menace, as well as the Fangires' own Rider, Kamen Rider Saga. The story is split between the actions of Wataru in the present (2008) and his father Otoya in the past (1986), slowly revealing the link between the Fangire Race and Kiva.
True Blood is an American television drama series created and produced by Alan Ball. It is based on The Southern Vampire Mysteries series of novels by Charlaine Harris, and details the co-existence of vampires and humans in Bon Temps, a fictional small Louisiana town. The series centers on Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin), a telepathic waitress at a bar, who falls in love with vampire Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer).

Aladdin is a street-urchin who lives in a large and busy town long ago with his faithful monkey friend Abu. Under the orders of the evil Jafar (the sultan's advisor), Aladdin is thrown in jail and becomes caught up in Jafar's plot to rule the land with the aid of a mysterious lamp. Legend has it that only a person who is a "diamond in the rough" can retrieve the lamp from the Cave of Wonders. She's on Duty (잠복근무 Jambok-geunmu) is a 2005 South Korean film about a police detective who goes undercover in a high school to befriend the daughter of an elusive gangster. Despite being heavily marketed the film was generally considered a box office disappointment. It stars Kim Seon-ah as Chun Jae-in, Nam Sang-mi as Cha Seung-hee, Gong Yoo as Kang No-young, Kim Kap-su as Cha Young-jae, and Kim Sang-ho as Detective Kang.
Chun Jae-in, an orphan-turned-police detective, is assigned a job to go undercover in a high school to befriend Seung-hee, the daughter of notorious gangster Cha Young-jae, and protect her from any of her father's enemies who may want to use her as bait to get Cha Young-jae to do what they want, as well as get information about her father's work from her. At first, Jae-in is very reluctant to accept the job; however, her uncle, also a detective, pushes her at the last minute to take it. Jae-in is considered a loser when she first steps into her class, and the gang girls confront her afterward and challenge her to a fight at the backyard of the school. Jae-in, being a policewoman, easily beats them up. This earns her some sort of respect, although what Jae-in really wants is Seung-hee's friendship. She eventually gets this with the help of Kang No-young, a handsome classmate and next-door neighbor who she starts to like; however, Jae-in thinks her crush is wrong because of their age difference.
Suburban Virginia schools have been segregated for generations, in sight of the Washington Monument over the river in the nation's capital. One Black and one White high school are closed and the students sent to T.C. Williams High School under federal mandate to integrate. The year is seen through the eyes of the football team where the man hired to coach the Black school is made head coach over the highly successful white coach. In the early 1970s, two schools in Alexandria Virginia integrate forming T.C. Williams High School. The Caucasian head coach of the Titans is replaced by an African American coach from North Carolina. Tensions arise when players of different races are forced together on the same football team. Many of these tensions are eased during the two-week training camp in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. When players returned to Alexandria the players found the city in turmoil due to the forced desegregation of the high school. Penduduk lain yang dikenal ialah Muthu, pedagang makanan yang tinggal bersama anaknya Rajoo dan sapi peliharaannya Sapy; Sally, seorang banci yang senang berkata kasar; dan Ah Tong, pengirim tanaman yang pandai berbicara. Kampung Durian Runtuh juga didatangi oleh seorang gadis bernama Susanti yang merupakan pindahan dari Indonesia.
The story revolves around the nine previous universes of the Heisei Kamen Riders merging into one, something that would destroy all the worlds. To prevent this, Tsukasa Kadoya transforms into Kamen Rider Decade and is told that to protect his own world he must travel with Natsumi and her grandfather to the other Kamen Riders' Worlds (referred to as an A.R. World or Another Rider's World) and eliminate the anomaly in that world. To fit with the photography motif of the series, the main Kamen Riders of the series follow the CMYK color model: Decade is magenta, Diend is cyan, and Kuuga (Ultimate Form) is black. While no specific Rider has been yellow, the armor of Kuuga Rising Ultimate is yellow (gold). In the Cho-Den-O Trilogy film Episode Yellow: Treasure de End Pirates, Diend is the primary character, emphasizing the yellow accents on his suit.
The IT Crowd is set in the offices of Reynholm Industries, a fictional British corporation in central London. It focuses on the shenanigans of the three-strong IT support team located in a dingy, untidy and unkempt basement – a stark contrast to the shining modern architecture and stunning London views enjoyed by the rest of the organisation. The obscurity surrounding what the company does serves as a running gag throughout the series – all that is known is that the company bought and sold ITV (a fact which Denholm Reynholm forgot completely), and once made part-year profits of "eighteen hundred billion billion". The team consists of what Douglas Reynholm describes as "a dynamic go-getter (Jen), a genius (Moss) and a man from Ireland (Roy)".
Ma Hye Ri is a woman with an excellent memory and ability to focus, which allowed her to pass the bar exam with ease. Despite her talents, she is more interested in being fashionable and dislikes hard work so she is far from being an ideal prosecutor and has doubts about her suitability for her job. Through her conflicts with senior colleages and struggles with difficult cases, however, Hye Ri gradually matures into a brilliant prosecutor with a sense of duty and justice.

The film's prologue depicts Jim Hawkins as a three-year-old (voiced by Austin Majors) reading a storybook in bed. Jim is enchanted by stories of the legendary space pirate Captain Flint and his ability to appear from nowhere, raid passing ships, and disappear in order to hide the loot on the mysterious "Treasure Planet". Twelve years later, Jim (now voiced by Joseph Gordon-Levitt) has grown into an aloof and alienated teenager. He is shown begrudgingly helping his mother Sarah (Laurie Metcalf) run an inn and deriving amusement from "solar surfing" (a hybrid of skysurfing and windsurfing atop a board attached to a solar-powered rocket), a pastime that frequently gets him in trouble.
One day, a spaceship crashes near the inn. The dying pilot, Billy Bones (Patrick McGoohan), gives Jim a sphere and tells him to "beware the cyborg". Shortly thereafter, a gang of pirates raid and burn the inn. Jim, his mother, and their dog-like friend Dr. Delbert Doppler (David Hyde Pierce) barely escape. The sphere turns out to be a holographic projector, showing a map that Jim realizes leads to Treasure Planet.
A Tale of Mari and the Three Puppies (Japanese: "マリと子犬の物語") is a 2007 Japanese film based on a true story that happened during the 2004 earthquake in Niigata Prefecture, Japan.
Left by the roadside as a puppy, Mari, portrayed in the film by a Shiba Inu, is taken in by a family which recently has lost its mother to illness. A year later she herself has three puppies, just in time for a major earthquake which strikes the mountain village where she lives. Although valiant herself in trying to rescue the family‘s grandfather, there is no choice but to leave her behind in the evacuation of all the village‘s inhabitants.
The film follows her adventures as well as those of the two children to whom she belongs during two long and arduous weeks of separation.
Chris Taylor is a young, naive American who gives up college and volunteers for combat in Vietnam. Upon arrival, he quickly discovers that his presence is quite nonessential, and is considered insignificant to the other soldiers, as he has not fought for as long as the rest of them and felt the effects of combat. Chris has two commanding officers, the ill-tempered and indestructible Staff Sergeant Robert Barnes and the more pleasant and cooperative Sergeant Elias Grodin. A line is drawn between the two officers and a number of men in the platoon when an illegal killing occurs during a village raid. As the war continues, Chris himself draws towards psychological meltdown. Tiga orang wanita yang bersahabat sejak di SMA: Keke, Gwen dan Olin, ketika kuliah tinggal bersama di rumah milik orangtua Olin. Keke kuliah di jurusan PR, Olin di Bisnis, dan Gwen ambil Desain Grafis. Sepulang kuliah mereka nongkrong di cafe penjual pizza, lalu menyewa VCD dan nonton bersama di rumah. Itulah kegiatan rutin mereka setiap hari.
Suatu hari, seusai menonton VCD romantis, Keke menangis tersedu-sedu karena baru menyadari bahwa mereka hidup tanpa cowok, atau pacar. Ketiganya seperti terbangun dari tidur yang panjang. Mereka sadar bahwa satu-satunya cowok yang dekat dengan mereka adalah Bono, cowok tetangga yang keren, tapi cara berpikirnya seperti orang yang lahir dari planet berbeda.
Keinginan mereka untuk punya cowok semakin bulat, setelah geng musuh yang dipimpin Barbara menyebut mereka lesbian! Akhirnya mereka sepakat akan go public. Mulai Jumat depan, mereka akandugem di club yang paling top dengan target mencari pacar. Menjelang "Jumat Gaul" perdana, mereka sibuk mencari baju, meniru gaya dandan yang lagi trend, belajar gaya disko paling mutakhir dari MTV, yang penting bisa tampil gaya.
Ternyata Jumat itu tidak seperti yang mereka impikan. Gaya disko mereka ternyata bikin rusuh. Keke menumpahkan minuman ke pangkuan seorang cowok. Gwen yang pakai sepatu tinggi, jatuh terjerembab di depan cowok-cowok. Sementara Olin penyakit asmanya kambuh sehingga bikin repot orang banyak. Hasilnya, boro-boro dapat pacar, cowok-cowok pun tak ada yang tertarik pada mereka.
Mereka lalu taruhan, dalam waktu 30 hari harus punya pacar. Niat yang awalnya dijalani secara fun akhirnya berkembang jadi serius. Akhirnya banyak kegiatan yang biasa mereka lakukan bersama, sudah ditinggalkan. Masing-masing sibuk mencari cara tercepat untuk mendapatkan cowok. Dalam urusan mencari cowok ini membuat hubungan mereka jadi renggang. Hidup mereka penuh kepura-puraan. Ada yang pura-pura kencan dengan cowok, padahal cuma nonton sendirian di bioskop. Semua itu membuat mereka semakin jauh dan kesepian.
Di minggu ketiga mereka sudah mendapatkan cowok yang kira-kira cocok, tapi bukan berarti tanpa masalah. Olin kesengsem berat pada Erik yang tampangnya mirip bintang F4, Jerry Yan, tapi pemuda pemalu yang lemah lembut ini belum juga menyatakan cintanya. Sementara Keke dibuat pusing dengan ulah Brian yang selalu terobsesi pada urusan seks. Gwen menjalin hubungan dengan Axel, anggota band metal, yang peminum alkohol dan bau badan karena jarang mandi.
Ternyata punya cowok sama buruknya dengan tidak punya. Ketiganya sedih dan saling merindukan saru sama lain. Tepat di hari ke-30 ketiganya saling jujur dan terbuka mengungkap apa yang sebenarnya terjadi selama ini.
The student council members of Hekiyou Academy in Hokkaidō are selected by a popularity contest. As a result the members are usually a group of pretty girls. The sole male member is Ken Sugisaki, who entered the student council by becoming the top-scoring student in the level; which he had to cram to achieve. The series revolves around the meetings inside the student council room in Private High School Hekiyou Academy (私立高校・碧陽学園, Shiritsu Kōkō Hekiyō Gakuen?). The story (as written in the series) has a metafiction component where, under the student council president Sakurano Kurimu orders, vice president Ken Sugisaki has to write stories to show the other students how brilliant the student council is. Ken negotiates with Fujimi Shobo to publish these stories. The author himself likens the series to that of a yonkoma novel[4] which portrays the characters having comical conversations and parodying otaku culture.
