Whisper of the Heart, known in Japan as Mimi o Sumaseba (耳をすませば?, lit. If You Listen Closely) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Aoi Hiiragi. The manga was serialized in Shueisha's shōjo manga magazine Ribon between August and November 1989. A single bound volume was released in February 1990. A second manga by the same author titled Mimi o Sumaseba: Shiawase na Jikan was serialized in Shueisha's Ribon Original in 1995; a single volume of this manga was released in February 1996. A single volume containing both manga under the title Mimi o Sumaseba was released in July 2005.

A novel, written by Masami Tanaka, was published by Shueisha in June 1995 under the title Mimi o Sumaseba. In 1995, the original manga was adapted into an anime feature film of the same name by Studio Ghibli. Although the film shares similar instances and plot, it is not based strictly on the manga itself.

It was the sixth installment in Toei Company's Super Sentai series of tokusatsu television dramas. It aired on TV Asahi from February 6, 1982 to January 21, 1983, with a total of 50 episodes. Its international English title as listed by Toei is simply Goggle V.

The Dark Science Empire Death Dark launches its scheme for world conquest from their Wolfborg Castle in Germany. Dr. Hongou, founder of the Future Science Laboratory, is saved from one of their attacks by world class explorer Ken'ichi Akama. Using his Computer Boys & Girls, Hongou recruits five people, including Akama, to form the Great Squadron Goggle-V (Goggle 5), the only force capable of stopping Deathdark.

The season opens with Cal and Gillian hiring a new associate: former TSA officer Ria Torres. Ria scored extraordinarily high on Cal's deception detection diagnostic, and is labeled a "natural" at deception detection. Her innate talent in the field clashes with Cal's academic approach, and he often shows off by rapidly analyzing her every facial expression. She counters by reading Lightman and when he least expects it, peppers conversations with quotes from his books.

It was gradually revealed that Dr. Lightman was driven to study micro-expressions as a result of guilt over his mother's suicide; she claimed to have been fine in order to obtain a weekend pass from a psychiatric ward, when she was actually experiencing agony.

The movie begins in an Eastern Orthodox church in Pale, Bosnia and Herzegovina, when an unidentified man (later revealed to be a Bosnian diplomat to the UN) is murdered in an alley after receiving a page to meet someone outside.

The scene then immediately shifts to a missile base in Chelyabinsk, Russia, where SS-18 ICBM's are being decommissioned. Ten nuclear warheads are loaded onto a train and sent to a separate site for dismantling. However, a high-ranking Russian general has other plans. Along with a rogue tactical unit, he kills all the soldiers onboard the train and then transfers nine of the warheads to another train. He also sets the timer on the one remaining warhead, then switches tracks to send his train out of harm's way and the transport train on a collision course with a passenger train. A few minutes later the trains collide. The thermonuclear warhead goes off moments later, yielding a blast about 500 kilotons in intensity. This immediately garners the attention of the US government.

Frankly speaking I watched this movie long ago when I was in my adolescence year. But even as a green movie goer, I can enjoy and appreciate this award winning movie (yes it won 6 "Citra" awards ; Indonesia's award for local film industry ; including Best Actor, Best Movie of the Year and Best Supporting Actress in 1987). Nagabonar's setting background is a village in North Sumatera (Indonesia) after Japanese troop's withdrawal era in 1945's. At first, Nagabonar (Deddy Mizwar) was just a pickpocket ; a country-bumpkin boy who took advantage of the chaotic situation of after war period in Indonesia by appointing himself a general in his village. He indulged himself in his power and new position ; living more luxuriously and having his friends as his subordinates. One of the most funniest moments in this movie is when he randomly promoted and demoted his friends in various army titles in just one day. He also fell in love with Kirana (Nurul Arifin) ; a doctor's daughter (CMIIW). But being a fake general did not mean that Nagabonar didn't take his role seriously as a leader. In time his experiences and various dramatic events in his life gradually changed him to be grown up,responsible and respectable man. He became a true soldier leading his troops battling against the foreign forces who tried to take over their area. (And won Kirana's heart). Drama and comedy blend perfectly in this movie. In my experience the awarded movies have the tendencies to be boring ; but not this movie. Deddy Mizwar's act was brilliant. Nagabonar's character is interpreted so well that I doubt another actor can replay this character better should a director decide to remake this movie. Two thumbs up for the movie writer too! I never thought that a story with a war setting and a little of ethnic differences' touch could be turned into such a great movie. In my opinion, this is one of the must-see Indonesian movies.

Blue Legend Shoot! (Japanese; Aoki Densetsu Shoot! (蒼き伝説　シュート!?) is a Japanese anime produced by Toei Animation between November 7, 1993 and December 25, 1994 on the Fuji TV television network; there were fifty-eight episodes. The story revolves around a boy named Toshihiko Tanaka, who has just started at Kakegawa High School in order to play soccer with his idol, Yoshiharu Kubo. Toshi's friends are not interested in playing soccer again this year until he convinces them to join the team. Soon, the team is entered into the All-Japan High School Championship.

Toshihiko "Toshi" Tanaka joined the same soccer club that his idol, Yoshiharu Kubo plays for at Kakegawa High School. When Toshi played in junior high with two of his friends Kenji Shiraishi and Kazuhiro Hiramatsu, they were known as the Kakenishi golden trio. Now in high school, his friends do not want or cannot play soccer anymore. Hiramatsu is forced to study by his father so that he would become a respectable adult. However, Hiramatsu loves soccer and wants to play so he confronted his father and says that he wants to play soccer with his friends and that he would never understand his love for soccer. It turns out that his father played soccer during his youth and, remembering how much he loved it, decides to let Hiramatsu play soccer but under the condition that he will keep his grades up as well. Shiraishi on the other hand quit soccer because he lost his temper and got into a fight that ended up disqualifying their team. In the end, he joins the Kakegawa High School soccer club because he loves soccer and playing in the golden trio.

Apocalypse: The Second World War (2009) is a six-part French documentary about the Second World War. The documentary is comprised exclusively of actual footage of the war as filmed by war correspondents, soldiers, resistance fighters and private citizens. The series is shown in color, with the black and white footages being fully colorized, save for some original color footage. The only exception to the treatment are most Holocaust scenes, which are presented in the original black and white.

The documentary was shown on the Smithsonian Channel in the United States, on the National Geographic Channel in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia[1] and Asia[2], on YLE Teema in Finland[3] and on IBA, the national public channel, in Israel.[4]

Donald Fauntleroy Duck is an American cartoon character from The Walt Disney Company. Donald is a white anthropomorphic duck with a yellow-orange bill, legs, and feet. Power Rangers: Wild Force (often abbreviated as PRWF and often simply called Wild Force) is the tenth anniversary of the Power Rangers franchise, based on the Super Sentai series Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger, which itself was the 25th anniversary of Super Sentai.

Power Rangers: Wild Force takes place in 2002. The first part of the series was originally broadcast from February to August 2002 on the Fox Kids television block. Following the sale of Fox Family Worldwide (renamed ABC Family Worldwide Inc.), including Saban Entertainment (renamed BVS Entertainment), to Disney by Haim Saban and News Corporation, Fox Network's parent company, the show was moved in the fall 2002 to ABC's new Saturday morning block, ABC Kids (formerly Disney's One Saturday Morning).

The series follows the adventure of Cole Evans, who had been staying with a tribe in a jungle for many years, as he tries to find his destiny in the fictitious town of Turtle Cove. He encounters the Animarium, a place that many believed to be a fairy tale. He joins four others who had a common path to become the new leader of the Wild Force Power Rangers.

The Animarium is an island that floats in the sky. It is shaped like a turtle and is the home of the Wild Zords and the Princess Shayla, the Rangers' mentor. (It is unclear how the Rangers travel between the Animarium and the Earth surface, but in one of the last episodes Merrick and Kite are teleported onto the Animarium, so presumably they used the same teleportation throughout the rest of the series.)
